A long-standing wholesale market in Luzhou's Huilongwan area, formerly called Huilongwan Clothing New City: a square ring-shaped building with buses parked below and dense clothing stalls upstairs. In the 1980s and 1990s it was the largest wholesale market in Luzhou's busiest district, specialising in ready-made clothing, woollen sweaters and daily goods, though it has since become quieter. It suits shoppers looking for wholesale-priced clothing in southern Sichuan.
