A shopping centre on Changshou Road, Putuo, opened on 8 December 1996 as Shanghai's first factory-conversion mall, with 36,800 m² of trading space in six buildings around open plazas. After a 2023 'street-life' makeover it features late-night dining on the ground floor and a seniors' club on the second, and is served by 10+ bus routes and Metro Lines 7 and 13.
