A commercial complex at No. 2-68 Nanjing West Road, Huangpu District, opened on 30 December 1995 with about 210,000 m², comprising a shopping plaza, the Radisson hotel with a revolving restaurant on the 45th floor, Madame Tussauds, a SEGA arcade, a cinema and karaoke. Its roots go back to the New World amusement park of 1914, and in 2023 it launched the 'Fun Si' ACG street with China's first CAPCOM centre.
