After a refit completed in November 2024 it is positioned as a 'young and vibrant landmark' with the outdoor 'Tianjie Li' street and the district's first tea-and-coffee culture block; 82% of visitors are aged 18–35. It suits expo visitors and travellers passing through Hongqiao.
