A regional shopping centre at No. 16 South Third Ring West Road, Fengtai District, developed by Capital Airport Real Estate Group and opened on 28 August 2010, with about 95,000 m² over 3 basement and 6 above-ground floors and some 800 parking spaces. CapitaLand bought it in 2013 for RMB 1.74 billion and renamed it CapitaMall Grand Canyon in 2014; themed around fashion, family and social life, it added a 7FRESH supermarket after 2022.
