A shopping centre at the southwest corner of Zhaojun Road and the South Second Ring Road in Yuquan District, created by Fujian's Caizi Group and Jianheng Group by converting the former Hongxing building-materials plaza, with over 70,000 m² of floor space. It opened on 28 September 2026 with 153 brands, 16 of them new to Inner Mongolia, and features an indoor forest park, a 20-metre indoor waterfall, a naked-eye 3D screen and 1,000 parking spaces. It is pitched as a social hub for all ages.
