The North Bund's first large shopping complex, on East Changzhi Road, Hongkou, part of the Shanghai Baiyulan Plaza development and linked to W Shanghai – The Bund. It soft-opened in December 2018 and officially launched on 19 May 2019 with a CGV cinema, a dinosaur park, the Saimeng miniature-world gallery, international restaurants and a large rooftop garden, near International Cruise Terminal (Line 12, Exits 2/3) and Tilanqiao (Line 19) stations.
