A large shopping centre in the heart of the Wujiaochang shopping hub, Yangpu, opened on 26 January 2007 with 126,000 m², designed by US firm ARQ and re-clad in 2022 with a 'sail' façade. Nine floors above ground plus a basement link straight to the Wujiaochang sunken plaza and Metro Line 10's Wujiaochang station; in 2024 it became the underlying asset of Shanghai's first consumer-infrastructure REIT.
