The Zhucheng Dinosaur Museum at 3 Mizhou West Road, inside the Shandong Zhucheng Dinosaur National Geopark, has 5,400 square metres of floor space and opened on 1 July 1997. It collects, displays and studies dinosaurs and other ancient life and was China's first county-level dinosaur museum. Its halls include the Giant Zhuchengosaurus hall, the dinosaur bones hall, the Cretaceous dinosaur world hall and a surround-screen cinema, and it holds 1,582 fossil specimens including bones, teeth, eggs and footprints.
