The Zhangshiyan Scenic Area in Zanhuang County, south-west of Shijiazhuang, lies 52 kilometres from the county town and about 110 kilometres from Shijiazhuang. A national scenic area and national 4A attraction covering about 120 square kilometres, it is famous for a huge natural echo wall; its highest point, Huang'annao, reaches 1,774 metres.
