ℹ️ About
The Western Xia Imperial Tombs are the mausoleums of the Tangut-led Western Xia Dynasty (1038–1227 CE), comprising nine imperial mausoleums spread across 50 km² west of Yinchuan. The conical earthen pagodas reach up to 23 meters tall and represent a unique fusion of Tibetan, Han, and indigenous Tangut architecture. The site is on UNESCO's World Heritage tentative list and is considered one of China's most important archaeological sites.
