Suifenhe National Gate

The Suifenhe National Gate stands at the Suifenhe road port, at the zero-kilometre point of the G10 Suifenhe-Manzhouli Expressway. It is the only scenic area in China that straddles a border crossing, and the only national-gate site that brings together three generations of gates: the first, a cast-iron barrier, opened in 1987; the second, rocket-shaped, in 1991; and the third, a 51.8-metre gate in Chinese style, in 2014. The Suifenhe port is a first-class national port for trade with Russia and the largest land port in Heilongjiang.
