The Rushan Silver Beach Resort lies in Rushan at the southeastern tip of the Shandong Peninsula. Its beach is 8.89 kilometres long and 100 metres wide, 15 kilometres from the old town of Rushan. Stretching from Baishakou Bay in the west to the mouth of the Yangcun River in the east, it is made up of Baisha, Zhenzhu (Pearl), Xianren and Yueliang (Moon) bays and is named for its clean white sand. Sights include Pearl Bay, Gongjia Island, the Sanguan Pavilion, the Xianren Bridge and a vast pine forest.
