The Qianduo Scenic Area at Dongwang Village, Qianduo Town, Xinghua, is known for its "duotian" raised fields, created more than 700 years ago when farmers piled up soil in the water to form separate island plots. Around the Qingming festival the fields are covered in yellow rapeseed flowers. The landscape was named a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System in 2014 and a national key cultural relic in 2019.
