The Luoping Jiulong Waterfalls, 22 kilometres north of Luoping town, are a national 4A attraction. Geology and erosion have created ten tiers of falls of differing height and width, the largest being the Shenlong, Qingren and Baixu falls, giving rise to the saying "nine dragons, ten falls - unique in the south".
