The Longzi Lake Scenic Area in eastern Bengbu is made up of Longzi Lake and the Caoshan, Xuehua, Xilu and Zhuizi hills, forming a "three hills around one lake" landscape with a planned area of about 44.1 square kilometres. It became a national water-conservancy scenic area in 2003 and a national 4A tourist attraction in 2008.
