The Xiaonanhai Stone Chambers, popularly called the Longyou Grottoes, are a group of about 60 man-made underground chambers on the north bank of the Qu River in Xiaonanhai and Huzhen towns, Longyou County, most densely clustered at Shiyanbei. Their unusual construction and unknown purpose remain a mystery. They became a national key cultural relic in 2013.
