The Liaoshen Campaign Memorial at No. 1, Section 5, Beijing Road, Linghe District, Jinzhou, was founded in 1959, and its new building was completed in 1988. It is a national first-grade museum devoted to military history. It covers 180,000 square metres with 14,201 square metres of buildings, and as of 2022 held 7,119 items, 939 of them rare relics. It was rated a national 4A attraction in 2005.
