The Li Family Compound in Yanjing Village, Wanrong County, was begun in the Daoguang reign of the Qing dynasty as the home of the wealthy merchant Li Ziyong's family, and is ranked with the Qiao and Wang family compounds. Its buildings blend Huizhou and Gothic elements; 11 courtyards with 146 rooms survive, along with a "Hundred Virtues" wall. The site also includes the Hedong Folk Museum and the Wanrong Jokes Park, and is a national 4A attraction.
