ℹ️ About

Langya Mountain, anciently called Langshan, rises on the eastern flank of the Taihang Mountains in western Yixian County, Baoding, 36 kilometres from the county town. Its five massifs and thirty-six peaks, jagged like a wolf's fangs, cover 225 square kilometres, mostly at 500-800 metres. Sights include Lotus Peak, Chessboard Ridge, the Heroes' Exhibition Hall and the Five Heroes Memorial Tower. It became a national forest park in 2005, a national 4A attraction in 2008, and in 2017 joined the national list of classic red-tourism sites.
