Fangchuan Scenic Area in Hunchun is the only spot in China from which three countries—China, Russia, and North Korea—can be seen simultaneously. Located at the extreme southeastern tip of Jilin Province, the area sits at the tripoint where the Tumen River forms the boundary between all three nations. From the observation tower, visitors can see the Tumen River delta and, on clear days, the Sea of Japan. The area is part of the Tumen River International Tourism Zone.
