Hebanshan lies on the border of Zouping and Zhangqiu District of Jinan. It was approved as a national forest park in September 1992, covers 480 hectares and is a national 3A attraction. Its mountains are steep and its valleys deep, with nearly 90% forest cover and routes such as the Nine Waterfalls Ravine, the Water Curtain Cave and the Nine Pools Stream, featuring waterfalls, pools and caves. It also has an Anti-Japanese War bridge and a sculpture group of war heroes and serves as a patriotic education base.
