The Chishui Danxia Tourism Area covers 36.3 square kilometres and is made up of the Chishui Grand Waterfall, Foguang Rock and Yanzi Rock scenic areas. It is known for Danxia landforms, waterfalls, bamboo forests and tree ferns. Chishui Danxia was inscribed on the World Heritage List in August 2010 as part of "China Danxia". The area was rated a national 5A tourist attraction on 29 December 2020.
