The Bagongshan Scenic Area in Bagongshan District, Huainan, is made up of more than forty peaks over an area of more than 200 square kilometres; the highest point is 241.2 metres. Since 2001 it has been named a national geopark, a national forest park and a national 4A tourist attraction, and it is the site of the Battle of Fei River.
