The Black Sheepee

Biography

The Black Sheepee is a Hong Kong all-female band formed before 2010. The band consists of lead singer Yanny and guitarist/composer Hei Hei, with their friend illustrator Angryangry handling lyrics. Their creations feature positive themes and refreshing musical styles, making them one of the rare independent music bands that insist on writing Cantonese lyrics in Hong Kong's indie scene. The band released their first radio-promoted song, "The Tale of the Black Sheep," in 2019. They are signed under Whatever Music.
