E-kids

简介

E-kids is a male music group from Hong Kong, debuting in 2002. The initial members were Tommy Yuen, Alan Lam, and Tim/Kasa Yuk. In 2004, Tim left the group to pursue an independent career, and Nick Lam joined. The group disbanded in 2006. The members originally worked at a StarEast restaurant before being mentored by the famous Hong Kong singer Alan Tam, who named them "StarEast新人類" in 1999. They participated in the "全球華人新秀歌唱大賽" in 2000 and won the "最受觀眾歡迎獎". After a year of training, they officially debuted in 2002 as "E-kids", a name also given by Alan Tam. Most of the group's songs were composed by Tommy, while Tim handled the dance arrangements. In 2013, Alan and Tim regrouped as "E-kids@2" and held a concert. In 2016, E-Kids announced their reunion, and in 2017, they held the "E-KIDS 3XL Concert 207" which sold out on its first day.
