简介

Eden Lau Chin Ting was born in Hong Kong and raised in a single-parent household by his mother, a seafood trader, and his grandmother. He studied judo, taekwondo, and Chinese martial arts in his youth, and began breakdancing at age 11 through a dance game, later teaching himself through YouTube tutorials. He moved to New Zealand during his early teens and lived there for about 14–15 years, graduating with a design degree from a university in Wellington, also completing a Western culinary course, and working as a department manager at a large supermarket. In 2021, he returned to Hong Kong due to the COVID-19 pandemic and concern for his family. He joined TVB's reality show "盛·舞者" and became a TVB management-contract artist, going on to star in his first drama "青春本我". He gained attention as a member of the male group "Super Tiger" in a TVB festive programme and later for a clown-themed dance performance. In 2026, he drew further notice for playing an arsonist teenager in the series "正義女神". He also co-founded a hotpot restaurant and a seafood stall with friends and his mother.
