Randy Chow is a Hong Kong pop musician and behind-the-scenes music producer. He was born in Hong Kong on July 7, 1982. He attended Baptist Lui Ming Choi Primary School and later went to Canada for his secondary education, graduating from Terry Fox Secondary School in 2000. He was a member of the rugby team during his primary school years. In 2006, he joined BMA Records and formed the group V with Edward Chan (Xu Hao) and Jian Junyi. After that, he primarily focused on behind-the-scenes music production due to company decisions, and worked closely with Edward Chan. He initially published his works under the name Man Keung or Randy Chow, and since 2014 has published under his Chinese name Zhou Xi Han. In recent years, he has frequently collaborated with Edward Chan and Xu Hao, and regularly works with singers such as Pakho Chau and JW. In 2020, he co-founded a children's educational YouTube channel called Balloon Boon with friends. He participated in the television program Stars Academy in 2021, appeared as a guitarist in Happy Diners in June 2021, and served as a senior judge in the program Voice in 2025. He won the Supervisor of the Year award at the Metro Radio Hits Awards in 2017 for his work on the song "天網" performed by Pakho Chau.
