Alan Tam Kwan Lun

Biography

Alan Tam Kwan Lun is a Hong Kong actor and fitness trainer, born on May 15, 1991. His parents divorced when he was six, and his father sent him to the Shaolin Central Martial Arts School in Henan Province to learn Northern martial arts. In 1999, he represented the school in a city-wide martial arts competition, winning the championship in staff routine and placing second in sword routine. He later returned to Hong Kong with his mother and attended Sin Yee Hang School. After graduating from Shin Yue Secondary School, he participated in TVB's variety show "功夫新星" in 2011, then returned to Shaolin to further hone his martial arts skills, and joined the 25th TVB Artist Training Course. He gained recognition for his role as intern doctor "丁志傑" in the 2013 series "On Call 36小時II". In 2017, he starred in a mainland Chinese film as the lead for the first time, and in 2018 drew attention for his muscular physique playing "潘尊尼" in "果欄中的江湖大嫂". He also earned audience praise as "林根" in "天命" that same year. He began working as a fitness trainer at MegaBox Goji Studios. In 2019, he played "馬漢" in "包青天再起風雲". In 2023, he gained attention for his role as "施彼余" in "愛·回家之開心速遞". He left TVB in April 2024 upon the expiry of his contract.
