He graduated from SKH Chan Cheng Mung Chun Primary School and Yan Chai Hospital Bishop College. After meeting manager and producer Fong Shu Leung, he decided to pursue singing professionally and released his debut single "Tung Choi Vagrants" in 2015, with plans for a first solo album that year which was ultimately shelved due to insufficient funding. In 2018, he participated in the ViuTV talent show "Good Night Show 全民造星" and was praised by the judging panel for his musical talent. In 2019, he collaborated with Korean singer Ha Zhi Zheng of the girl group D.Holic on the duet "I Really Fell in Love," which received positive reception in China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan. In 2020, he represented Hong Kong as a challenger on Oriental TV's "Chinese Dream Voice – Next Stop Legend," earning praise from judge G.E.M. but ultimately not advancing after another judge criticized his singing style as outdated. In October 2022, he competed in the Guangdong Radio and TV competition "Cantonese Good Voice" representing Hong Kong.
