Ronan Pak Kin Yan is a Hong Kong actor, born on 13 July 1981. He graduated from Pak Tin Catholic Primary School in 1993 and CCC Kei Heep Secondary School in 1998, then obtained a diploma in computer studies from Chu Hai College and studied musical theatre dance at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He received the Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation Scholarship in 2003 and 2005, and a Katterwall Vocal Academy scholarship in 2006 for a year of private vocal training. In 2008 he went to New York to study musical theatre at CAP21 and participated in various musical, dance and theatrical performances. He participated in the Mr. Hong Kong election in 2010 and became known to audiences in 2013 through the TV series 法網狙擊, playing the rich young man 龐世邦 who assaulted Gāo Hǎinìng. In June 2013 he became a formal disciple of ancient Thai boxing under Master徐家傑. He officially entered the film industry in 2014.
