简介

J.Arie (雷深如) is a singer-songwriter from Hong Kong, originally named 雷琛瑜. She was born on November 4, 1989 and grew up in Hong Kong, graduating from Canossa Saint Mary's College. From a young age, her parents forced her to attend ballet, English, drawing, and piano classes, but she developed a passion for music influenced by her father. She began composing music in her second year of junior high school and participated in school and external music competitions. She excelled academically, achieving outstanding results in school examinations, and was admitted to the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong. During her university years, she continued pursuing her music dream by singing demos for stars like Joey Yung and Twins, and served as the lead singer of an independent band called Matchbox. In 2012, she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and through her supervisor 艺深, she met producer 黄柏高, who was impressed by her passion for music. She signed as an artist with 黄柏高 and launched her career in 2013. She left 太陽娛樂音樂 in July 2019 and became an independent artist in 2020. She loves authentic music with few instruments such as piano and guitar, and hopes her songs will reach a wider audience and bring strength and happiness to listeners.
