MIRROR (組合)

简介

MIRROR is a Hong Kong male music group formed in 2018, consisting of twelve members: Chan Roy Fai, Wong Tin Tek, Yang Lok Man, Chiu Sze Kam, Kong Yip Sang, Lau Ying Ting, Cheen Cheuk Hin, Lo Hon Ting, Lui Chun Kit, Lui Cheuk On, Keung To, and Tiu Ngo Yin. The group was formed after its members participated in ViuTV's 2018 talent show "Good Night Show – King Maker". The group's name was proposed by ViuTV director Lo Ting Fai, symbolizing that a mirror reflects the members' true selves, and multiple mirrors reflect infinite possibilities. The group set a record by holding its first concert just 49 days after formation, the fastest for any new group in Hong Kong history. The group faced slow development in its first two years due to political unrest and the COVID-19 pandemic, but achieved a popularity breakthrough in 2020-2021 through successful TV dramas and sold-out concerts. The group and its members came to represent 70% of Hong Kong's advertising market, sparking a new wave of fan enthusiasm in the city.
