丁嘉丽

Ding Jiali is a Chinese actress born in December 1959 in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province. She graduated from the Shanghai Theatre Academy and was later assigned to work at the National Theatre Company of China. She married Hu Guangchuan in 1986 and gave birth to a daughter in 1887, but divorced when her daughter was one month old. In 1990, she married for the second time, a university lecturer, and gave birth to a son the following year, but ended the marriage when her son was one month old. She was Sun Honglei's first girlfriend; they met and fell in love while performing the play "Madame Curie," and their two-year relationship ended after Sun Honglei met Gong Li. She has appeared in numerous notable films and television series and won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 7th Golden Rooster Awards, again at the 12th Golden Rooster Awards, and the Best Actress award at the 17th Golden Rooster Awards. She was also named one of the "Top 100 Chinese Television Artists" in 1998.
