Sandy To Wing Shan

Biography

Sandy To Wing Shan is a Hong Kong presenter, actress, and influencer, born on October 1, 1996. She has one older sister and one younger brother and is a sports enthusiast. She was educated at Canossa School and Canossa College, then attended City University of Hong Kong studying environmental policy. She was a member of the Hong Kong Gymnastics Association's artistic gymnastics elite team in her youth, later switching to yoga at age 14. She represented Hong Kong in three international yoga competitions, winning championships, and claimed four gold medals at an international yoga competition in Singapore at age 16. She obtained a yoga instructor certificate in May 2017 and became an influencer on TVB's big big channel in June 2017. She gained recognition as a host of the talk show #後生仔傾吓偈 and began teaching Hatha and aerial yoga. In December 2020, she acted in TVB Jade's first fourth-line weekday series "Hong Kong Love Story". In April 2021, she became a TVB management contract artist, and in November 2021 she co-founded the yoga center "Yoga Ground HK" in Tsim Sha Tsui with her colleague Chan Ming Wai.
