Fanny Ip Hoi Yan is a Hong Kong actress, born in Hong Kong on 16 September 1977. She entered the entertainment industry after participating in the Miss Hong Kong pageant in 2002 and is currently an artist under TVB. Before her acting career, she worked as a secretary, which earned her the nickname "Secretary Queen" at TVB due to her frequent portrayals of secretary roles in various dramas. In 2025, she participated in "Midlife Sound 4" under the name "Panda Baby" but was eliminated in the first stage. In her personal life, she dated Lee Sze Kai after entering the industry, then married her current husband Guo Jialiang on 19 November 2009 and gave birth to a son in 2011. In 2015, she suffered the tragedy of losing her unborn child in the ninth month due to sudden pregnancy toxemia and nearly suffered a stroke; not seeing her deceased son became her greatest regret in life.
