In 1998, she formed the group "Electric Wave Girls" together with Lee Sze-Pui, Leung Sui-Mei, and Yiu Lok-Yi. Two years into her career, she attracted Hong Kong media attention during a programme promotional press conference for wearing a revealing swimsuit, and from then on shifted to a sexy image. Within two to three years, she participated in 70 films, including pornographic Category III films. In 2000, she was involved in scandal after travelling to Paris with wealthy businessman Lo Shiu-Fai to treat a boil, which led to her image being ruined and a sharp decline in work. She was immediately removed from hosting the programme "The Big Foodie Winner" after the first episode and replaced by a new female host, and was subsequently terminated by TVB. She briefly joined ATV and soon after withdrew from the entertainment industry.
