Helen Seng Oi Lam is a Hong Kong actress born on September 8, 1989. She attended Hong Kong Taoist Association The Yuen Yuen Institute No.3 Secondary School. She graduated in 2009 from the 23rd TVB Artiste Training Course. She has acted in many television dramas, mostly in minor and supporting roles. She began to gain recognition in 2011 when she played the role of "姜兰兰 (Nana)" in the sitcom "结·分@谎情式", which remains the series where she has had the most screen time in her career. She was a basic artiste contract actress with TVB.
