简介

Toto Mui Siu Wai, born on 17 April 1966 in Hong Kong, with ancestral roots in Taishan, Guangdong, is a former television actress and TV producer at TVB, and the younger sister of TVB producer Mui Siu Ching. She grew up on Tong Choi Street 58 in Kowloon among seven siblings, and graduated from Hong Kong Chinese Normal School and St. Margaret's Girls' College. She launched her entertainment career in 1985 after competing in the Miss Fitness pageant. She became known for her "silly big sister" persona and signature horse-like laugh, and gained fame through works such as "The Justice of Life" and "Virtues of Harmony", along with her famous catchphrase: "Mui Siu Wai, the most beautiful in the world." After completing "Virtues of Harmony" in 2004, she gradually stepped back from acting to work in design, though she continued appearing in variety and talk shows, including hosting the annual "Charity Show." In 2009, she decided to leave the entertainment industry for public relations consulting, realizing she could not balance live show hosting with her sales advisory work. In the 2020s, she returned to television production as a producer for "Shuang Xiang Jian" and "You Miao Bu Jiang De" on myTV SUPER. On a personal note, she was in a relationship with actor Tsang Wai Kuen from 1986 to 1999.
