简介

Inez Leong Lok In was born in Macau in 1988. She studied at St. Anthony's School and St. Stephen's Girls' College, and graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada with a degree in Economics and Media Studies. During her studies, she was a member of the Hong Kong women's youth volleyball team and represented Hong Kong in competitions in Beijing. She returned to Hong Kong and began working as a full-time model in 2011, but after three years her workload gradually declined, leading her to consider a career change. She took up running to lose weight and received sponsorship from a brand that provided a coach who discovered her potential. In 2015, she participated in the Oslo half marathon in Norway and the Tokyo marathon in Japan. After completing these two races, she realized that running cultivates patience and made her love sports, so in 2016 she obtained a running certificate and three coaching licenses (long-distance running, fitness, high-intensity interval training) and six certifications from the Asian Academy of Sports and Fitness. She is also a member of singer Shiga Lin's night running team and actress Stella Chung's volleyball team. In July 2017, she co-founded the fitness studio "Fitnez Studio" in Central, Hong Kong, later relocating it to Quarry Bay in 2019 and then to Causeway Bay in 2021. She married TVB artist Tony Hung in 2021 and gave birth to a daughter in December of that year. She has appeared in several television programs, TV series, and films, including the series "The Bridge of Sighs" in 2020 and "Legacy of the Family: The Heir" in 2024.
