Maria Chung Wai Bing

Biography

Maria Chung Wai Bing was born in Shanghai in 1957, moved to Hong Kong at age one, and immigrated to the United States at fourteen. She graduated from New York University with a degree in economics. She returned to Hong Kong in 1979 to compete in the Miss Hong Kong pageant, winning third place and entering the entertainment industry. She worked as a television presenter for various stations including TVB, ATV, and cable channels. After years in entertainment, she transitioned into business and now runs her own public relations company. She also appeared as a guest on numerous TV programs and hosted radio shows.
