In 1992, she entered the Miss Asia Pageant and was considered the top favorite, winning the Most Photogenic Miss and Perfect Body awards in the semi-final and advancing to the top 10. Despite high expectations, she only placed in the top five and did not make the top three. After the pageant, she signed with ATV and initially received attention, starring in the lead role of "The Chinese Godfather" in 1993, which achieved good ratings. However, she was soon sidelined and relegated to supporting roles. In 1995, she left ATV for the film industry, stating she was open to sensual roles for greater opportunities. The following year, she appeared in the Category III film "One Night of the Mad Horse Lady," but it was a commercial failure, earning only HK$680,000. She faded from the entertainment industry after 1999. In 2013, she confirmed during a Miss Asia 100 special that she had placed fourth in the 1992 pageant. From 2017 to 2018, she served as Vice President of the Ren Mei Qing Shu association.
