Natalie Cheng Yu Ching is a Hong Kong actress and makeup artist, born on 8 September 1994. She graduated from Shun Tak Primary School in 2006 and from Lutheran Lui Cheung Kwong Secondary School in 2012, after which she enrolled at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Faculty of Health and Social Sciences. During her university years, she was nicknamed "PolyU Chicken Chop Sister" due to her resemblance to Jeannie Cheng Ka Chun. In 2016, she graduated with a degree in social work. In 2017, old photos of her from university activities were posted on the LIHKG forum, leading to her sudden internet fame, with netizens calling her "Hong Kong's once-in-a-thousand-years beauty" and "National Fairy." She began her entertainment career in 2018 as a host on the ViuTV program 《全港的》. She also appeared in numerous advertisements for major brands. In 2019, she starred in the ViuTV drama 《理想國》, playing the role of a cyberbullying victim, and her acting received audience acclaim, marking a significant breakthrough in her acting career. Besides acting, she is also a well-known makeup artist in Hong Kong.
