Stanley Yau Sze-chun is a Hong Kong artist born on August 20, 1990. Before entering the entertainment industry, he was a professional dance instructor and dancer, having performed with major artists such as Aaron Kwok, Pakho Chau, and Sandy Lam. He was a member of the local dance crew Chestnuts Dance Crew and nicknamed "Ma On Shan Dragon." Stanley rose to fame in 2018 through his participation in ViuTV's talent show "Good Night Show 全民造星," where he was contestant number 1 and reached the top 10 finalists. He traveled with the other contestants to Los Angeles to receive dance training from world-renowned choreographer Travis Payne and his partner Leeco. After the show, he joined the 12-member boy group MIRROR, a singing and dancing group. Stanley focused on developing his acting career and participated in numerous TV dramas such as "地產仔," "第三佈局 塵沙惑," "IT狗," and "I SWIM." He landed his first leading role in the series "野人老师," earning praise from Asian actress Chang Jung-jung, who commended his mature acting talent. In 2021, he launched a YouTube channel with his fellow MIRROR member Jeremy called "巨龍與豬仔." He released his first solo single in 2022 titled "重新介紹," which served as the theme song for "野人老师." The song achieved significant success, topping the iTunes chart and garnering over 110,000 YouTube views in just three days. In 2023, he released his second solo single "來不及," dedicated to the memory of his mother who passed away earlier that year due to illness. In 2024, he participated in the Cannes Film Festival event "香港經典光影重塑," appearing in a short film titled "Deja Vu" that recreated scenes from classic Hong Kong films.
