Wildchild

Biography

Wildchild (野仔) is a Hong Kong band formed in 2002 by lead singer Jim Yan (少爺占), guitarist Siuwu (小胡), Chris Ho (何兆基), and others. The band's name originated from a fashion brand that Jim Yan had planned to launch in 1997, which never materialized due to economic downturn. The band's members include甄子康 (Jim Yan) as lead vocalist,何兆基 (Chris Ho) on keyboards and bass,胡庭恩 (Siuwu) on guitar,鄭子仲 (Wilson) on guitar,郭兆邦 (Alvin Kwok) as DJ, and蘇耀銘 (Ming So) on drums. Between 2002 and 2003, the band released three albums: "Wildchild EP", "愛和平", and "正死仔EP + 野仔同樂會現場錄音". After a hiatus from 2004 to 2006, the band reunited in December 2006 and released the single "相約在八王子". In 2008, the band released the album "WildSketChild" and held the "野仔畢業禮音樂會" at the Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. In 2012, the band changed its name to "野佬", but they reunited in 2018 and held a concert.
