糖兄妹

简介

Sugar Club is a Hong Kong duo composed of Pan Yinfeng (Sebastian, known as Tang Xiong/Brother Sugar) and Huang Shanyi (Kandy, known as Tang Mei/Sister Sugar). Tang Xiong plays guitar and handles composition, while Tang Mei handles lead vocals and lyrics. The two are not related by blood; they met through a mutual friend and formed the duo in 2007. After forming, they performed at shopping malls. In 2008, their songs and performance caught the attention of Vigo Culture and Sodagreen's manager Lin Weizhi, and they signed with Vigo Culture that same year. They later participated in major music festivals in Hong Kong and Taiwan, including Taiwan's Spring Scream. In 2009, they recorded their first album "我最愛糖兄妹" in Taiwan, officially releasing it in 2010. In 2011, they held their first overseas concert with Super Bored, and Tang Mei released her solo single "Pink Girls." That same year, they became spokespersons for the online game "跑online" and produced a new theme song "跑出天際," releasing their second album in August. In October 2011, their new song "別煩着我" achieved great success with over two million YouTube views. On December 26, 2011, they held their first major Hong Kong concert, "糖兄妹跑出天際遊樂園演唱會," at Star Hall, Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. In 2012, they released the concert's 2CD and DVD, and in 2013 they released "Thankyou謝謝您," a new songs plus compilation album featuring five new tracks.
